Being a teenager, how to keep your mental health good?

• In today's Blog..am going to mention some points about a teenager mental health

• Being a teenager..i know about the stressful life which a teenager have to handle..like the fear of good grades , expectations from our family and relatives , school and college assignment , fear of being alone , comparisons which we have to face , insecurities about our body parts and behaviour..and this list is so so long..and between these pressure sometimes..ok not sometimes..most of the times we just ignore our mental health..

• Ok..let me tell you that being mad is not the only thing which comes under mental health..there are many other symptoms of bad mental health , like
   - have you ever get sad without any reason?
   - ever get angry without any reason?
   - are you also the one..who start losing interest in daily activities and slowly start feeling low everyday..?

• This list is so long..and just remember you are not alone..i am there to give you company 🌚

• Let's come to the main topic of this blog..that how to keep your mental health good??

1. Why are you feeling low?πŸ«‚


First of all..try to find the reason..from which you are not feeling good..or the reason which is bothering you from enjoying your life..

In my case, i was feeling low because of own overthinking...

2. Share your feelings πŸ₯ΊπŸ’“


So , firstly found the reason of your sadness..

If your problem is also same as me..like the environment and feeling alone most of the time...then I will suggest you to start writing your feelings..or share your problem and feelings with your most trusted friend..if you don't have one then just tell everything to your parents...but in my case..i choose writing my thoughts.. because sometimes your own parents are not able to understand you 🌼

I will suggest you to not keep your feelings to yourself.. because you will feel a burden of your own feelings..and will not able to find the right way..just share all your thoughts..

3. A routine that you love✨


Now try to follow a routine...a productive routine..which help you to grow yourself..and also add your favourite activity which you love to do..like listening music.. exercise..go out for a walk..sitting in nature.. trust me..this will really help you like a miracle 🌸✨

4. Workout πŸ‹️


Trust me , exercise will really help you alot..i know , sometimes it feel really hard to get out of your bed..or do something..but if you want to change your lifestyle..you have to do something for yourself..SO, WITHOUT AN EXTRA THOUGHT..JUST GET UP FROM YOUR BED..PUT YOUR FAVOURITE MUSIC ON,AND START JUMPING LIKE AN CRAZY MONKEY 🀑.. exercise not only mean doing proper push-up, burpee like things..put your headphones on and go on a walk..bro just get into an physical activity πŸ˜—

5. Get a proper diet πŸ›


Eat what you love..but set a limit on junk food..i know alot of us love to eat junk..but please add healthy things in your list..and junk food on weekends 🀰

6. Sleep 😴


Now the main point , sleep..have you ever notice that when you get a proper sleep..you feel a little exited without any reason..yaa , that's exactly what a proper sleep do...try to sleep atleast 7-8  hours. If you are not able to sleep properly , try a good soft music or meditation before sleep.

Stop thinking too much..you are more than what you think..just try to be positive , stop overthinking , don't think about future..live in your present..and if you need someone to share..feel free to contact me ❤️🌼
